   MX Series

All Polypropylene

Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridge

Features and Benefits

Micron ratings from 0.1 to 10 micron

All polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility

Meets requirements of the FDA regulation 21 CFR for food and beverage applications

Larger pleated effective filter area offers high flow with low pressure drop

Membrane and the structural components are thermally bonded

Serial filter media layers provide longer filter life and high throughput

Sanitizable by most common methods, sterilizable by steam.

MX series filter cartridge is nominally rated high efficiency depth filter available in removal rating range from 0.1 to 10 micron. It is designed to meet the flow, differential pressure, and retention requirements of a wide range of micro-filtration applications.

Constructed of all polypropylene components provides board chemical compatibility and low extractable.

The 100% polypropylene graded density filter media is engineered for high particle loading application and longer filter life.

U.S. Standard lengths, end-caps and seal materials of MX series filter cartridge can fit most currently available cartridge housings and replace most currently used filter cartridges.
